Shipping & Returns

Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days.

Once orders have been dropped at the Post Office,

I have no control over them.

BodyLuxuriate does not accept any returns or exchanges.

The only exception is if you receive the order & is damaged, I

will make that exemption. Please contact me within 1-2 weeks of

receiving your order in order for me to process the return/exchange.

Only select local pick-up/drop-off if you live in Sonoma, not Sonoma County.

Orders should be ready within 1-3 days excluding weekends.

I will be contacting you via e-mail on pick-up or drop-off day, time, & location.

Drop-Off to Petaluma $5.00 add. fee

Drop-Off to Santa Rosa & Napa $8.00 add. fee
