- You can use an exfoliator on your lower & upper body, but not recommended to use on face.
- When it comes to this part it's generally safe to exfoliate your skin 2-3 times a week.
Why are the benefits of exfoliation good for my skin?
- Skin Rejuvenation
Working your scrub in circular motions, the organic sugar is removing dead cells from the skin’s surface and impurities, leaving your skin soft and rejuvenated.
- Ingrown Hair Prevention
Always exfoliate and cleanse before shaving to prevent ingrown hairs.
- Younger Skin
Exfoliating removes the dullness from your skin and increases blood circulation allowing your skin feeling fresh. It removes the old cells and lets the lively ones underneath come to the surface, giving you healthier skin.
- Moisturizes Skin
Exfoliating in circular motions opens up your pores allowing easy absorption of moisturizer.
Personal Tip: I grab a small amount of the sugar scrub and cup it in my hand, allowing some water in. Once its soft I rub it in circular motions on my legs and rinse. I pat dry and I'm ready to go. This saves me time, there is no need for additional moisturizer, and specially in the summer, my legs look and are hydrated.
